I recently spent two nights in a Deluxe King Room and was surprised by the lovely pool area and the delicious breakfast sandwiches, highly recommend! However, the bathroom did not match the impressive photos online. I would consider returning.

A Family Oasis with Room for Improvement

We enjoyed our stay, especially the spacious villa which made it perfect for our family. The pool was a real hit with the kids! However, breakfast service was rushed, leading to an unfortunate experience. A tip, ensure your table is secure before heading to the restroom.

My recent stay at Hilton was exceptional. The two-bedroom villa provided ample space for both work and relaxation, featuring a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable living area. The staff was attentive, and the breakfast offerings included a variety of fresh options such as organic juices and baked goods, greatly enhancing my mornings. The main pool area was well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment after a long day of meetings.

Some areas required a bit of walking.

I stayed in a separate villa that had major maintenance issues. Upon arrival, we found a maintenance worker fixing things, which isn’t great after a long trip. The refrigerator in our villa didn’t fit the kitchen well, making it difficult to use. Ants were in the bathroom, which isn't pleasant. Plus, the pool on the villa's side looked unkempt, with no towels available. To add to the frustration, we experienced noise from the adjacent rooms and the TV didn’t function properly for two days. Also, service at the pool bar was lacking, leaving us to wait long periods for food. All of this for a price that felt steep for what we received.

we had an amazing stay at the hilton! the beds were super comfortable, and i slept like a princess. the breakfast buffet was full of flavor, with everything being fresh and delicious. the deluxe two-bedroom villa we stayed in was absolutely beautiful. we really loved it!

We recently stayed in a two-bedroom villa, and it was absolutely stunning, equipped with a full kitchen and ample space for our family. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we enjoyed the fresh and delicious breakfast buffet each morning. However, communication with the front desk could be improved, as we faced some unclear information regarding the shuttle service.

easy access to parks and shopping makes exploring a breeze

I had an amazing stay where the hotel was right in the middle of everything, just a quick stroll to Old Town Scottsdale and not far from the beautiful McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park, which made my city walks so enjoyable and convenient every day.

Family with Children Disappointed Yet Acceptable

The rooms were spacious enough for my kids to run around, and we had a decent kitchen setup for our dinners. One of the staff actually helped me find a place when I got lost looking for the pool – real lifesaver, felt like family.

Didn’t come cheap though, but it was tolerable.
